"Come to Me" - Are we too Busy for Jesus?



In a recent vision one morning, I saw the Lord Jesus with His right hand extended out towards His people. He was pleading with His bride "Come to Me". Jesus was looking for a deeper intimacy with His people. He wanted to spend time with them, but they were too busy. Busy with life's demands, agenda's and distractions. I then heard the Lord say "Come to Me all who are weary, and I will give you strength". He was pleading with them to take notice of Him, but the people would just walk right past Jesus while His hand was extended out to them. We see this in the following verse from Isaiah: "This is what the Sovereign LORD, the Holy One of Israel, says: "In repentance and rest is your salvation, in quietness and trust is your strength, but you would have none of it" Isaiah 30:15

It was troubling for me to see how many of His people were too busy to answer His petition for more intimacy. Jesus wants to spend time with them, but they were distracted with life. I was reminded of the sobering verse in the new testament: "At the time of the banquet He sent His servant to tell those who had been invited, 'Come, for everything is now ready.'"But they all alike began to make excuses. The first said, 'I have just bought a field, and I must go and see it. Please excuse me.'"Another said, 'I have just bought five yoke of oxen, and I'm on my way to try them out. Please excuse me.'"Still another said, 'I just got married, so I can't come" Luke 14:17-20.


It was sad to see how many people seemed distracted with life to recognize Jesus. Because of this, they could not perceive that He was standing directly in front of them. In this vision, I was standing to the right of Jesus. After seeing several people walk right past Him because they were too busy, I decided I was going to get their attention, so I started walking towards them. The Lord noticed my intention and stopped me. He instructs me to "pray the Word over them" -  and then Jesus handed me a sword that had fire on it. Immediately, I started praying for these people while holding this fiery sword. I soon realized that I could fling little fireballs from my fiery sword. These little fireballs would surely wake them up 'I thought'...





So I started flinging the sword their direction and little fireballs would launch their direction and would hit them. This was not in any way to harm or judge them, but simply to help wake them up . The light sting from the fire would startle them enough to where they stopped what they were doing and they would turn around and come back towards Jesus. They would stand before Him a little perplexed...like a deer in headlights. I could see when the fire hit them, it got their attention; however, they did not know what to do next. The Lord then takes my fiery sword and breathed on it. He hands it back to me. When I grabbed the sword the fire was gone and I could now see my own reflection in the blade. And then Jesus spoke ..."They must see themselves in My Word. Pray for them to see themselves in My Word". 




Immediately, I starting praying that they would see themselves in the Word. That they would know their purpose in the Word. Did you know that our identity is revealed in the Word of God? When the word of God becomes personal to us, we will spend more time meditating on it and practicing it. We need to see also that our destiny lies in the Word of God not in this world. When we do what the Word say's, we are going to be blessed in all that we do. However, all of this comes through our intimacy with Jesus. Then the verse came to me: "Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word, but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror  and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do" James 1:22-25

I realized that many of us in the body of Christ don't really know what we look like because we are not spending enough time in the Word. When we make the Word and our time with Jesus a daily habit we start walking in our true destiny. We are showing this in Scripture:  "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well" Matthew 6:33. If we don't put His kingdom first, we risk putting other kingdoms first. The world will always try to sell us the counterfeit. It will use busy (even necessary) things like Work, TV shows, Facebook, Sports, Hobbies, Entertainment, Worldly Pleasures, etc. to distract us. Many of these things might seem harmless, but they can easily rob us of intimacy with Christ and become idols in our lives.

An Idol can be any person, place or thing that distracts us from God and our purpose in this life. The late evangelist Smith Wigglesworth said it well: "An Idol is anything that cools our affections towards God". We have to be careful especially in our generation of constant busyness and idleness and entertainment. Careful that we don't fall prey to this age old sin of idolatry. The Bible actually has more to say about idols than any other sin. Why? Because God knows that they can lead us away from intimacy with Him even if they do not cause us to walk away from Him. Idols have a voice and they can speak to us.  They speak to our identity and desires. They will demand our time, attention and focus. It actually say's in Zechariah 10:2 "The idols speak deceitfully....". Idols are like mini gods and they demand worship (our affection). And through worship their goal is to consume us or change us into their image. Only the Word of God (and intimacy with Jesus) can tell us what we truly look like and keep us from this deceit. There are so many things competing for the attention that should only belong to God. Fom Genesis to Revelation we are reminded that we were created by Him and for Him:


"So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them" Genesis 1:27 

"...You don't love Me or each other as you did at first..." Revelation 2:4

The Lord loves us! And we are created in His image to Love Him back. The He wants us to spend quality time with Him. He will never turn away those who come to Him. He has chosen us from the beginning of time. The scriptures say: "But you are a CHOSEN PEOPLE, a Royal Priesthood, a Holy Nation, God's special possession, that you may declare the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His wonderful light" 1 Peter 2:9. We have such a mighty calling in Him. Being renewed in Him is daily habit and aspiration. This process is really only accomplished through an intentional and intimate relationship with Jesus. We should see ourselves and our purpose in life in the Word of God. And when we see ourselves in Jesus (He is word of God that became flesh); He will give us a new flesh that is birthed from intimacy with Him and the Word of God. He calls us a Chosen People and a Royal Priesthood - Its an incredible calling and purpose! Can you receive it? :)

Dear Brothers and Sisters, please hear my heart on this. This vision was not for those who don't know Jesus yet. This vision, I witnessed, was a petition to the Body of Christ! Jesus is calling all of us into a deeper intimacy with Him. May we set our hearts and minds in seeking Him daily and pursue the only true lover of our souls - Jesus Christ. He is waiting for us......Won't You Come?


“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Mathew 11: 28-30


Update to this Vision

A week after this vision I was reading Ephesians. For some reason I was stopped at the first part of Chapter 1 and could not read forward. Then the Lord instructed me to write my name into the  chapter starting with the introduction. As I wrote the first sentence and inserted my name where it mentioned Paul the apostle, the Lord spoke: "this is what it's like to see yourself in my word". As I continued the Lord further instructed me to insert my name everywhere it would say the following: "we", "you", "us" or "our". When I did this, I felt a powerful "Wow" in my Spirit. Jesus wanted me to make His word very personal to Me. He wants us all to know that His word is the answer to any life issues we may encounter. His word is our guide and then we can learn to trust His words as they are our "lamp unto our feet".

Jesus is one with the Word of God. We cannot separate Jesus from His words. Our Lord submitted Himself to the word of God even though it meant death on the cross. He wants us to submit to His word just the same. His words are both "Life and Spirit". Therefore, He encourages us today to not only submit ourselves to His word, but to also see ourselves in His word. This is where we can have the right identity in Him and have victory over sin, flesh and the devil.

Finally, to encourage your faith so that you can also see yourself in His word; I took the liberty below and underlined the section where you can insert your name to make it personal to you. Read this often and start making your declarations today. Most importantly, believe and know that this belongs to you. You are his Child and you also have been predestined to be Holy and Blameless before Him. Read the word and see yourself in it. God bless you all!


"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace which He made to abound toward us in all wisdom and prudence, having made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His good pleasure which He purposed in Himself, that in the dispensation of the fullness of the times, He might gather together in one all things in Christ, both which are in heaven and which are on earth—in Him.

In Him also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestined according to the purpose of Him who works all things according to the counsel of His will, that we who first trusted in Christ should be to the praise of His glory. In Him you also trusted, after you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation; in whom also, having believed, you were sealed with the Holy Spirit of promise, who is the guarantee of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of His glory" Ephesians 1:3-14

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us THROW OFF everything that hinders and the SIN that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us". Hebrews 12:1

The Great Exchange


 

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you"

1 Peter 5:7



The Lord would bring this verse to me several times during a 3 week period and particularly during a difficult season for me emotionally. The fact was I carrying many burdens; spiritual burdens, emotional burdens, work burdens and because of this these burdens were leading me to a place of distress and fear. I knew what the scriptures said, but I did not know how to really give these cares to the Lord. I knew mentally that I needed to do what the word say's and I would temporarily be encouraged when I would read or listen to certain scriptures, but it would quickly fade as I would inadvertently revert back to carrying the burdens again all by myself. I did this because I had the wrong foundation that was not being built on the rock of His word. 

This vicious cycle would continue and it went on for weeks until one afternoon as I was meditating again on this verse and the Lord spoke the following to my heart "I want you to carry my burdens and I will carry yours". I was kind of taken back by this statement and at the same time it  peaked my curiosity. Lord, you have burdens for me to carry, I thought? The truth was I was so focused on my own stuff that I did not realize I was missing the purpose for which He created me. I soon found out that "yes" God actually has burdens for me to carry; however they were not burdensome. In fact, the scriptures tell us that His yoke is easy and His burdens are light.
 
"Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” Matthew 11: 28-30

Read this verse again and slowly. Did you catch that? He has a burden and a yoke for us, but His yoke is easy and His burden is light. In addition it's an invitation to learn humility from Him which gives us rest for our souls. The Lord is offering to take our burdens, which are hard and difficult, and in exchange we get to take His burdens which are easy and light and leads us to His rest. What a deal!

I was driving down the road when I was having this revelation come upon me and then I realized what an awesome exchange this was. So I told the Lord "Yes, I want to exchange my burdens for yours!". I figured I had nothing to lose because I was exchanging burdens and cares that were hard and difficult for burdens that were easy and light even though I did not fully know what these burdens from the Lord actually were until later (I just trusted Him). As soon as I said this in my heart, I literally saw a bird fly and soar directly over my windshield. The Lord further used this bird to show me the freedom He wants to bring His people. We were created to soar! But many times we are like an eagle with amazing potential yet stuck in a cage of our own regrets, failures, worries, cares and fears. This cage experience happens simply because we are carrying a load that belongs only to Him. God is telling us that He did not create us to be locked up in a cage - He created us to fly.

Regret, Failure, Disappointment, Hopelessness

Yes, He created us not just to fly, but to soar. As it say's in Isaiah 40:31 "but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint". When we truly give (trust) God with our cares and exchange them for His, we can soar into our purpose and into the promises of God (Jeremiah 29:11). When we Hope (or Trust) in Him we are led out of the cage of impossibilities and failure and into the sky of limitless opportunities and possibilities just like this eagle below. The fact is an eagle glorifies God the most when its soaring in the sky not when its stuck in a cage. The same is true for us.

Peace, Trust, Faith, Hope, Love, and Joy


When we carry His burdens to love, pray and help others (all of which brings life) we don't have to carry our burdens (which brings stress and anxiety) because He will help us with those burdens. God will either take these burdens from us entirely or give us the wisdom we need to handle these burdens, but in a way that brings life to the situation not more stress. Bottom Line, we still have the cares in our possession if it brings stress, worry, fear or anxiety. The enemy only comes to steal, kill and destroy, but Jesus comes to give us life and to give us life more abundantly. We must choose to give these burdens to Him and exchange them for His. This is what I call the "The Great Exchange" and it works every time when we do this by faith and trust even if we have to do it 50 times a day. We need to be patient with the process because we are creating a new foundation that is built on His word not on our emotions.

It's interesting to consider that right before God invites us to "give Him our cares" He actually tells us to humble ourselves. Let's read the 2 verses in Peter 5 together so that its understood in the right context: "Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that He may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you" 1 Peter 5: 6-7.  

In other words.....we humble ourselves by giving Him our cares. If we don't give Him our cares we are actually walking in pride because we are essentially telling the Lord we can do this without His help or we simply don't think He cares enough for us so we keep holding onto it. In both situations we are not trusting in Him. So no wonder we are stressful and anxious when we are carrying these burdens because His grace is not upon us when we are walking in pride (He gives grace to the humble - see verse 5). We were not created to carry burdens and cares that give us stress. We were only created to carry His burdens that bring life, peace and joy. The Lord further showed me that not only is this pride, but that we will always be under something. We will either be under the hand of our own cares and worries and fears that push us down or we will be under His mighty hand of protection that will eventually lift us up (after we have given Him our cares). When we give God our cares, we are walking in true humility. Not only that, we are choosing to soar (life) and letting ourselves out of the cage of sorrow and failure.  

In Summary, I encourage you to ask the Holy Spirit to show you any areas in your life that you might be carrying that belongs to Him. Remember if it's hard and difficult and brings anxiety, it does not belong to you, it belongs to Him. And just as importantly, ask the Lord what burdens He might want you to carry. Maybe its praying more for your spouse or a family member. Maybe its spending more time with God and in His word. Maybe its serving at a soup kitchen or more at church. Let the Lord speak to your heart and allow Him to direct you no matter how different or unique it may be. If you do this you will discover His love and care for you in ways you never thought possible. In fact, your burdens that you are carrying right now are opportunities for the Lord to prove His love for you. He cares for you more than you know so let Him take these burdens from you.

"Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us" Hebrews 12:1

Finally, notice in the diagram below the middle letter in the words Anxiety and Pride. It’s an "I". Representing that self is in control. Now see what happens when we place our "I" in His "I" and give it to Him. We can keep our "I" which leads to anxiety and pride or we can exchange it for HIM and when we do He takes our "I" and washes it with the blood of Jesus so that we don't have to take on the worries, doubts or fears of life. Its either us in control or Him and soon you find out that life is so much better with Him in control. Humble yourself (agree that you need His help) by giving your cares to Him and then ask Him for His cares and then watch what happens. God bless you all!

Jesus Wants us to Agree with Him





I saw the Lord Jesus in a vision- He was standing before me with the bible in his hand. He then holds out the bible and say's "I am looking for people to agree with me".

In my spirit I heard the following verse....

"Now to Him who is able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to His power that is at work within us" Ephesians 3:20

I see Jesus again, immediately after I heard this verse, and He points to the bible and say's "That's in there!"...then He smiles

How awesome is this? The Lord really wants us to know the power we have available in His word. He is just looking for us to agree with Him. There are so many blessings in His word and when we simply agree and have faith in His promises we bring it into the reality.

Let's dust off those past bible verses & prophetic words we may have gotten either recently or even years ago, and let's take Him at His word starting with Ephesians 3:20. He wants to do more than we can ask or imagine. All we have to do is have faith and agree with His word...and He (His power) will do the rest. There is literal power in the word of God!

"For no matter how many promises God has made, they are “Yes” in Christ. And so through Him the “Amen” is spoken by us to the glory of God" 2 Corinthians 1:20

Jesus really wants to see His people free and walking in the victory and blessing that comes from believing His promises to us and for us. Amen? God bless you all!

The True Crown of Authority


In a vision the Lord Jesus handed me a Crown of Thorns and asked me if I would put it on my head. Now, before I finish telling you this vision, allow me to share something with you. Not too long ago I would have hesitated taking such a crown because I knew this prophetic act meant suffering and even humiliation; however, at this time in my life I was more submitted in my heart to the Lord because I had really learned to just yield more of myself to Him. I was tired (really tired) of wanting things my way and I had made a decision in my heart to Trust Him again no matter what I went through. I also had decided that whatever the Lord said about me was the truth. In other words, I would not listen the lies of the world, our spiritual enemy, pride or anything else. I have learned that authentic trust starts first with listening to the right voice- His Voice and then yielding to His plan for me.  

The Crown of Thorn represents death to self. This also means death to judgments of self and others. When we die to ourselves we can truly live for Christ and His kingdom.

"Therefore, since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude, because whoever suffers in the body is done with sin. As a result, they do not live the rest of their earthly lives for evil human desires, but rather for the will of God" 1 Peter 4:1-3


As soon as put on the Crown of Thorns, the Lord then handed me a Kings crown to wear on top of my Crown of Thorns. And then I heard in my Spirit "in that order". I realized the Lord was showing me that true kingdom authority is given not to the kingly, but to the lowly. Not to those who desire kingship, but to those who desire piety. To those who choose to suffer for Christ. Those are the ones who can be trusted with true kingdom authority.

"But Jesus called them to him and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their great ones exercise authority over them. It shall not be so among you. But whoever would be great among you must be your servant, and whoever would be first among you must be your slave, even as the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” Matthew 20:25-28 (ESV)


Finally, its worth noting the Crown of Thorns represents mind renewal. Remember when Jesus was pierced in his head, He shed His blood for all of our negative and ungodly thoughts. When we surrendered to the cross and allow His thoughts to influence ours, we are able to give our own thinking including negative and critical thinking. Of course satan will continue to bombard us with negative condemning thoughts. Because of this, we need to renew our minds daily in the word of God. Remember, the word is or defense against these things. And as we do this, ungodly thoughts won't take root and turn into demonic strongholds which can keep us from faith and trust in Him.

Strongholds can actually be good a good thing when the word of God has become a stronghold in our minds. This is called a holy or Godly stronghold. We can also ask the Lord for His thoughts to become our thoughts. This is a daily surrender. We can then have His wisdom to reject any thoughts that are not of Him and allow the word of God to be our teacher and benchmark.

"We demolish arguments and every pretension that sets itself up against the knowledge of God, and we take captive every thought to make it obedient to Christ" 2 Corinthians 10:5

"Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things" Philippians 4:8

In summary, as we choose to think more like the Lord, we will also willingly choose His ways over our ways even if that means total surrender to suffering for His names sake. And we can even rejoice when we are counted worthy of suffering for His names sake just like the early apostles did. Then and only then we can be truly trusted with His authority to serve others in love which also includes rescuing them from darkness and bringing them into His light. Jesus came to serve, not to be served. May we also do the same.

Faith in Action


The Lord woke me up one morning to tell me an important truth regarding His word. He tells me the following statement several times:

"My Power is in my Word"

I just said "yes, Lord, that makes sense"... not realizing the significance of what He was really telling me.

Jesus kept speaking to me knowing I was not fully grasping the importance of His words. He continues...

"My power is in my word! When you believe my Word you unlock its power. When you you have Faith in my word you pull (or suck) the power out of my Word".

I could sense He was really emphasizing how having Faith in His Word was the absolute key to walking in victory with His promises. We have been taught to believe in the Word. This is good and that is absolutely where we start in our trust. The next step is having Faith in His word (or promises). Simply put, Faith is confidence in the Word. This confidence will always lead to action; however, not a striving with the Word of God.

"Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see"
Hebrew 11:1

Faith is the substance (or confidence) of things hoped for. We must have something we are hoping for that is in His word in order to believe it will work for us. Hope is being able to see or visualize the result even before it occurs. Visualization will lead to realization when we have faith in His promises. Our faith (confidence in His word) comes from God's faithfulness to His promises not our own efforts or works.

"This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us--whatever we ask--we know that we have what we asked of him" 1 John 5:14-15

I love this verse above. We never have to doubt if God will hear our prayers (when we are quoting His word) because He is always faithful to His word. This is our confidence. Therefore, we can put our faith in God's reputation to back His word. God does not change his mind after He speaks. We can rely fully on His faithfulness and reputation to back His word. In short, if He said it in His word we can stand on it with full confidence and assurance.

"It is the same with my word. I send it out, and it always produces fruit. It will accomplish all I want it to, and it will prosper everywhere I send it" Isaiah 55:11

One of the definitions of the word power is authority. When we have faith (confidence) in Gods word, we are extracting the power (the authority) out of the word bringing it into our reality. When we do this our Christian walk turns from bareness to fruitfulness or from defeat to victory. One word of caution I would suggest it to be careful not to just have a mental ascent with the Word. I have done this many times in the past and it leads to discouragement and even defeat. This is where we hear, read and even quote the word of God, but we are not applying it allowing it to change the way we think on a daily basis. When we hear the word of God and a certain promise resonates with us, we need to protect that promise from our own thinking. Mind renewal with the word is the best way to start to walking in victory. We are transformed by the renewing of our minds.


The further emphasize, the Lord showed me a closed door (It was locked). He said (paraphrased) when we believe in His word, we unlock the door to His promises; however, the door still remains shut until an action is brought forth. Only the action of faith will open the door to the promise. When we do this, we actually (pull out the power) that is locked up in the word and walk through door to victory. It is then that we to step into the reality, blessing and breakthrough of His promises to us. This process is so crucial for us to understand if we are going to walk in Victory with His Word. It starts with our believing, but it requires our continual action or agreement of Faith (which is confidence in Him) that He will back his Word every time.




Opening the Door to His Promises:

Below are the following scripture versus He gave me to support this revelation.

"Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that—and shudder" James 2: 18-19

This verse should wake any believer up. The Apostle James (half brother of Jesus) is stressing the importance that our believing needs to have wheels of faith (action) attached otherwise we are not much different than unbelievers. Let's continue...

"...do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? Was not our father Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. and the scripture was fulfilled that says, “Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness,” and he was called God’s friend. You see that a person is considered righteous by what they do and not by faith alone" James 2: 20-24


Did you catch that? Abraham's faith and action were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. Let's have passionate hope filled faith so that we can truly experience the power of God's word in our life. This will give us the victory we desire. Our passion for the word should bring us to a place of holy desperation. This is where we reach out to His promises with such faith that we literally pull out the power from the Word.

We see this in the woman who had the issue of blood. For 12 years she tried everything else and nothing worked. That is until she had an encounter with Jesus. But this was not just any regular encounter. She was not a casual bystander that day. This lady was on a mission. She already had a confession "For she kept saying to herself, If I only touch His garment, I shall be restored to health" (Matthew 9:21). She had confidence that if she only touched the garment of Jesus she would be healed. Its an incredible testimony. As Jesus walks by, this faith filled woman reaches out with full expectation and with such faith that she actually stops Jesus in his tracks...

"At once Jesus realized that power had gone out from Him. He turned around in the crowd and asked, “Who touched my clothes?”  “You see the people crowding against you,” his disciples answered, “and yet you can ask, ‘Who touched me?’ But Jesus kept looking around to see who had done it. Then the woman, knowing what had happened to her, came and fell at his feet and, trembling with fear, told him the whole truth. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace and be freed from your suffering.” Mark 5: 30-32



Think about this for a minute. Many people were touching and pressing into Jesus on this day; however, only one touched Jesus in such away that even He was surprised saying "who touched my clothes?",
Because of this woman's faith "Power had gone out from Jesus". Her faith pulled the power and her miracle out of Jesus. His response to her was "Your faith has healed you...".

In this visitation, the Lord is simply reminding all of us the importance of having this kind of faith with His word. His garment is His word. When we touch it with the full assurance of faith, we too can pull out the power locked inside. There is literal power in the Word of God waiting to be extracted by our Faith. Let us together exercise this kind of FAITH in His promises. Remember, it starts with believing His promises. Then it moves to Faith (confidence in his faithfulness towards His word). This faith leads to action on our part making our faith complete.

The action of faith can be many things such as: intercessory prayer, healing the sick, making faith filled declarations and the like. Ask the Holy Spirit and He will faithfully lead you to opening the door to your promise in God's word. He also helps us in our weakness.

Let's be like Abraham remember that God is good for His word by mixing our belief and faith into an action (not just mental assent with the word) to get our breakthrough. I believe this is paramount for every believer's victory with the word of God. The power is in the word and our Faith will pull it out. When we are walking in this level of faith and authority even hell itself cannot stop us.

As I sensed this visitation coming to an end, the Lord finalizes His message to me...

"Tell my people that my Power is in my Word. I'm in my Word, and My Power is in my Word"

This was the end of the visitation. May the Lord bless you and encourage you into a higher level of faith in Him and His promises.

I had a recent experience with the Lord where I was in a heavenly type of landscape. I felt like it was at the end of one era and the beginning of a new. Jesus then shows me what appeared to be an early sunrise. It was still dark, but I could see the sun piercing through the clouds and escaping the darkness that hovered over the horizon. The light was quickly breaking forth and then the Lord turned to me and say's...

"There is a new day dawning for my people. It is a day of new beginnings. Tell them to Trust again, Tell them to Believe again, Tell them to have Hope again"


The Lord has declared a new day for His people. Shut the door on yesterday and learn to forgive yourself and others. It's time to move forward into His promises. it's a new day. Rejoice in the Lord!
